How accurate are the exchange rates?
Rates are sourced from the open-source fawazahmed0/exchange-api, which aggregates from multiple financial sources. Rates are updated daily and cached for 1 hour. They are reference rates — actual rates at banks and money changers may differ by 1–3%.
What currencies are supported?
200+ currencies including all major world currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, AUD, CAD, JPY, CHF, HKD, MYR, SAR, QAR, and many more.
Why is my bank rate different from this?
Bank and money changer rates include a spread (profit margin), typically 0.5–3% above the interbank rate. This tool shows the mid-market rate, which is the midpoint between buy and sell rates.
